The Kiln Studios is situated in a 200 year-old, grade 2 listed building, boasting one of the largest bottle ovens in Stoke-On-Trent including a handful of its original features and arrangements! Consisting of 3 storeys, each with its own charm and secrets, we have a huge array of scenes to offer.
We are so lucky to have brilliant natural light here at the Kiln. Meaning you can shoot in natural light on every floor! Each offering a totally different light. We do have a large selection of lighting equipment – and you are of course welcome to bring all the kit you wish.
The Kiln is run by a collective, consisting of Zach, Liam, and Emily. We each have our role and together want to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment for fellow creatives. Zach and Emily are the faces you are likely to see, and who you will be chatting to on messages and our online platforms.
We are VERY PROUD to have these incredibly talented models involved with and representing our studio! They all know the space well and come highly recommended by us!

Some Things To Note
We are not wheelchair accessible – sadly this is not ideal, but its just not possible with the building layout and its listing.
The Kiln in particular is covered in dust, and nigh-on impossible to get clean – so your feet will get dirty. We do provide wipes and towels, but it is something to be aware of.
Power to the kiln must be requested specifically.
We welcome well behaved furry friends! Providing any accidents are cleaned up – owner and pet mess 
We hope to provide a relaxing and SAFE space that will NOT tolerate ANY bad behaviour of any sort. We expect the people that work here to be respectful of one another, and respectful of our space.
We do do offer many things – such as clothing, accessories, make-up and a constantly changing prop selection. We ask that you are mindful when using anything, and that it stays in the studio. We appreciate that accidents happen, we simply ask that you let us know if any damage that occurs.
We are fully insured for Professional Indemnity, Public and Product Liability. Details of this can be provided upon request.
